Do you work with businesses outside Kenya?
Yes. We serve clients across East Africa. Our offices in Nairobi and Kisumu are our base, and we work remotely with businesses in Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and the wider region — including companies expanding from one East African country into another.
Do you work with small businesses and startups?
Yes. Many of our clients are SMEs, startups and sole proprietors. We scale the service to your size — from a single monthly VAT return to your full accounts, payroll and tax.
My books are behind. Can you help us catch up?
Yes. We start with a clean-up — reconciling bank accounts, recovering missing records and bringing ledgers up to date — then keep you current with monthly bookkeeping.
Does my Kenyan business need eTIMS?
KRA requires businesses to issue electronic tax invoices through eTIMS, and expenses not supported by valid eTIMS invoices may not be allowed as deductions. We’ll check your situation, recommend the right solution and set it up.
Can you run our payroll as well as our taxes?
Yes. We process payroll, issue payslips and remit statutory deductions alongside your other tax filings, so all your obligations are handled in one place.
How are your fees structured?
Ongoing services are billed as a fixed monthly fee agreed upfront. One-off projects such as eTIMS integration, SOP development or training are quoted per project. Contact us for our current pricing.
How do you keep our financial data confidential?
Access to client records is limited to the team on your account, and we handle data in line with Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019 and equivalent laws in the other countries where we work. We never share your information without consent.
